Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence (memos, letters, emails).
  • Assist with travel arrangements (bookings, itineraries).
  • Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain and update office records.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports.
  • Provide support to the Administrative Officer in various administrative tasks.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
