Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence (memos, letters, emails).
- Assist with travel arrangements (bookings, itineraries).
- Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
- Maintain and update office records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports.
- Provide support to the Administrative Officer in various administrative tasks.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
