General Office Support:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence (letters, memos, emails).
  • Assist with travel arrangements (bookings, itineraries).
  • File and maintain office records.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain employee files and records.
  • Prepare and process invoices and other financial documents.
  • Support to Other Departments:
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
