General Office Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence (letters, memos, emails).
- Assist with travel arrangements (bookings, itineraries).
- File and maintain office records.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Prepare and process invoices and other financial documents.
- Support to Other Departments:
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
