Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries professionally
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for internal teams and clients.
  • Handle office coordination, including supplies, logistics, and maintaining organized workspaces.
  • Maintain client files, prepare documents, and assist with reporting.
  • Draft communications, assist with presentations, and provide general administrative support.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
