- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries professionally
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for internal teams and clients.
- Handle office coordination, including supplies, logistics, and maintaining organized workspaces.
- Maintain client files, prepare documents, and assist with reporting.
- Draft communications, assist with presentations, and provide general administrative support.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
