Job Description

Responsible for managing Back office work, admin work, documentation, and leading the task.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting entries
  • Manage emails, internal communication, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist management with daily operations


Requirements (Must-Have):


  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
  • English communication skills are above average.
  • Ability to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST).
