Job Description
Responsible for managing Back office work, admin work, documentation, and leading the task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting entries
- Manage emails, internal communication, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Prepare MIS reports and assist management with daily operations
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
- English communication skills are above average.
- Ability to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST).
