- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing a positive initial impression
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment
This role requires fluency in English language proficiency,
excellent communication skills,and technical expertise in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Strong organizational
s skills with ability to multitask efficiently required.The ideal candidate must be reliable punctual able to work independently effectively.
Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously prioritizing deadlines accurately managing time resources appropriately.
