Administrative Support – Maternity Leave Coverage

A leading energy operator is seeking a sharp, self-directed Administrative professional to support their Accounts Payable function during a maternity leave. This role requires someone who’s highly computer literate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

This role is a one year contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile open invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Support Accounts Payable processing and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with vendor coordination
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or finance support rolesStrong proficiency with spreadsheets and enterprise systemsProven ability to work independently and take initiativeHigh attention to detail and organizational skills
