Job Description

Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition, LATAM, this role is based in the Mexico office and supports the LATAM recruitment team in securing diverse top talent for our media and entertainment companies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across the region using SmartRecruiters.
  • Support recruiters in reviewing applications for associate‑level roles.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Candidates, managing general incoming communications.
  • Update and distribute monthly internal communications directed by the Manager, TA.
  • Consolidate and distribute monthly business updates on behalf of the LATAM team.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System as required.
  • Assist recruiters with offer requests for permanent hires.
  • Post adverts and update branding on job boards.
  • Build a strong general knowledge of TA processes, including SmartRecruiters and the Hiring Manager Toolkit.
  • Communicate with Managers, HR, and new hires to ensure a smooth offer process.
  • Help prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for the LATAM TA team.
  • Facilitate TA meetings, training, or presentations as required by the TA Manager.
  • Prepare passes, greet candidates and visitors, and show them around NBCU offices.
  • Act as a central point of contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Position is temporary for one year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in an administrative, recruiting, HR, or customer service team with ability to handle heavy workflow.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish & English).
  • Professional communication skills, proactive, highly organized, attention to detail.
  • Desire to provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
