We are seeking a motivated Administrative/Logistics Assistant with proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction and tile industries. Candidates with experience in QuickBooks, logistics, and in-office environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage QuickBooks to support sales processes and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Utilize logistics knowledge to ensure prompt delivery and service to clients
Work in-office as needed to coordinate with team members and support sales operations

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous administrative and logistics experience, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets
