Overview

We are seeking a Temp Administrator for a 6-month assignment, supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. The role will focus on recruitment administration, with additional HR admin support. Job Location - Edinburgh North SA

Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration

  • Assist with posting job advertisements and managing job boards.
  • Screen resumes and prepare candidate shortlists.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and pre-employment checks.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, documentation and updates.
  • Support the TA Partner with talent pooling and candidate follow-up.

HR Administration Support

  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding packs, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with new starter onboarding and induction coordination.
