Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support and oversee receptionist responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely collection and distribution within the office.
- Assist with scanning and organizing documents for various departments to ensure easy access and proper record-keeping.
- Oversee general office tasks including organizing office supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a smooth office environment.
- Monitor and replenish pantry supply to ensure the office and meeting rooms remains well-stocked.
- Assist with processing Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) related pass/visa applications, Permanent Residency (PR) applications, as well as other administrative tasks.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage meeting rooms booking
- Support staff and management with administrative tasks
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and efficient
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
• ITE Diploma
• 1–2 years administration experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
