Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support and oversee receptionist responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely collection and distribution within the office.
  • Assist with scanning and organizing documents for various departments to ensure easy access and proper record-keeping.
  • Oversee general office tasks including organizing office supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a smooth office environment.
  • Monitor and replenish pantry supply to ensure the office and meeting rooms remains well-stocked.
  • Assist with processing Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) related pass/visa applications, Permanent Residency (PR) applications, as well as other administrative tasks.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Manage meeting rooms booking
  • Support staff and management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and efficient
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements


• ITE Diploma


• 1–2 years administration experience preferred.


• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
