You are the central point of contact for customers, drivers, and service providers from Germany, Poland, and/or the Czech Republic, handling their inquiries competently and in a friendly manner.

You maintain close customer contact via phone and email.

You resolve customer issues independently and draw on a network of internal experts to develop timely solutions.

You process and review incoming and outgoing customer invoices carefully and efficiently.
