As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
  • You are the central point of contact for customers, drivers, and service providers from Germany, Poland, and/or the Czech Republic, handling their inquiries competently and in a friendly manner.
  • You maintain close customer contact via phone and email.
  • You resolve customer issues independently and draw on a network of internal experts to develop timely solutions.
  • You process and review incoming and outgoing customer invoices carefully and efficiently.
