Customer Service Administrator : Temporary Role
Cheadle Office:Based Monday to Friday 8:30am:5:30pm Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, office:based team in Cheadle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction alongside strong administrative support and coordination.
Youll act as a key link between residents, internal teams, and external contractors, helping to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish.
The Role
Act as the main point of contact for residents regarding upcoming works and service schedules
Contact residents via phone and email to arrange and confirm appointments (no cold calling)
Handle inbound calls and emails, resolving queries professionally at first point of contact
Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including data entry, filing and document preparation
