We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our clients friendly team based in Earls Colne.

This is a key role within their business, supporting customers and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday

  • 7:30am - 4:30pm

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner

  • Process online orders accurately and efficiently

  • Liaise with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment

  • Maintain and update customer records and order databases

  • Assist with general office administration

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

  • Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
