An elegant skilled nursing facility located near Dayton, NY is currently seeking an experienced  Nursing Home Administrator.

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

    • Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

  • Must have a New York Administrator license
  • Must have prior experience as an Administrator
  • Must have experience in long-term care
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
