Job Description

We are seeking temporary Administrators to support a busy office environment. The role will involve providing general administrative support, liaising with internal teams and external contacts, and ensuring information is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks

* Communicating with external contacts via email

* Processing and updating information on internal systems

* Handling queries and resolving issues by working with relevant colleagues

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Skills & Experience

* Previous administrative experience

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

* Confident using multiple systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
