Your Role

• Plan, lead, and implement MUFG Transaction Banking mandates from clients.
• Conduct service level reviews and formulate customer service strategy, processes, and procedures.
• Support and manage the Implementation Team and collaborate with regional client relationship management, implementation, and product teams.
• Provide electronic banking and client integration training and support during the implementation cycle of deals.
• Drive and manage effective Transaction Banking system administration and maintenance in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance, risk management policies, standards, and approved operational procedures.
