We are seeking an Administrator to join our BPA team in Vaughan. Please note that the office location is currently Toronto (1263 Wilson Ave.); however, the office will be relocating to Vaughan (Langstaff Rd. & Highway 50) in the coming months.
This position is 100% in-office.
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm with rotational Wednesday, 12pm – 8pm and Saturday, 9am – 12pm shifts every 12-16 weeks.
The Administrator’s job functions include processing of employer benefit contributions reports and maintaining enrollment data of benefit plan participants as specified by client Collective Bargaining Agreements, contract specifications and the benefit plan summary. He or she ensures contribution reports are verified for accuracy in order to determine benefit plan entitlements for members, identify employer payment irregularities, initiate collection efforts and carry out delinquency procedures.
