Administrator, Inventory Control YOW

Job Summary

Inventory Control is fully responsible for the control of all aircraft parts in inventory within the network. They are controlled by ensuring accurate inventory records, reconciling inventory reports, maintaining min/max’s and ensuring that stock levels are accurate at all times. The Administrator, Inventory Control should be highly detail oriented, analytical and have a strong background in inventory management systems and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall accuracy of our inventory, as reflected in the inventory management system (AMOS), to ensure parts are available when needed and to improve financial consistency.
• Conduct regular cycle counts of all inventory items for all bases.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in the quantities and locations of all inventory reported.
• Manage Min/Max across all Porter stations.
