Pertemps is currently recruiting an Administrator on behalf of Royal Mail, one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual to support daily administrative operations within a fast-paced office environment.
 
Your Role

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Handle internal communications and respond to emails or phone queries.
Support operational managers with scheduling, record-keeping, and reports.
Update systems accurately with delivery or workforce information.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times. 
Requirements

Previous admin or office experience.
Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
