Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting records, and storing of inventory.
  • Ensure outgoing and incoming shipments are done on time, within budget, and to the exact location.
  • Preparing shipping documents (e.g., airway bills, bills of lading, purchase orders, delivery orders, certificates of beneficiary, etc.).
  • Preparing export LC documents for negotiation and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the LC.
  • Familiar with shipping incoterms.
  • Liaise with shipping companies, transport contractors, and inter-department to ensure timely clearance and smooth flow of shipments.
  • Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Responsible for procurement process and sourcing in a timely manner.
  • Effectively acquire the most relevant and cost-effective deals.
