Key Responsibilities
- Property marketing coordination including signboards, brochures, and drop cards
- Office and agent promotional marketing
- Social media management and content coordination
- Administrative support including proposals, data entry, and sales support
- Assisting agents with day-to-day requirements
- Organising social events and team-building activities
- Handling ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
About You
- 6–12 months’ experience in a similar real estate admin or marketing role
- A current Certificate of Registration – essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Confidence using real estate and marketing software such as REX, Realtair, Canva, and similar platforms
- A desire for longevity and career growth within the real estate industry
