Key Responsibilities

  • Property marketing coordination including signboards, brochures, and drop cards
  • Office and agent promotional marketing
  • Social media management and content coordination
  • Administrative support including proposals, data entry, and sales support
  • Assisting agents with day-to-day requirements
  • Organising social events and team-building activities
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations

About You

  • 6–12 months’ experience in a similar real estate admin or marketing role
  • A current Certificate of Registration – essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence using real estate and marketing software such as REX, Realtair, Canva, and similar platforms
  • A desire for longevity and career growth within the real estate industry
