Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to project terms, management, and field staff.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, purchase orders, and reports
  • Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and timelines dto ensure compliance with financial and operation objectives.
  • Support procurement and inventory management for construction materials and equipment.
  • Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and other project-related financial tasks.
