A well established organisation is seeking a Temporary Administrative Support professional with reception duties to support its office operations, on a 4 months contract position. This role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors while providing essential administrative support to the wider team in a professional office environment.
What You'll Do
As a Temporary Administrative Support professional, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day office operations while delivering a welcoming front desk experience.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, greeting guests professionally and directing enquiries appropriately.
Manage reception duties including answering incoming calls, handling emails, and coordinating visitor access and meeting room bookings.
