Join the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota, and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training, and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide.
Our team covers areas such as onboarding and offboarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems, and processes.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrator People Services - Polish or Danish, fixed term until May 2027 (f/m/d) to be deployed in Berlin as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries, via ticket systems, chat, calls, and emails, escalating to other HR teams when necessary.
