Due to expansion, additional Claims Administrators are required by the motor claims team to support the negotiators with administration.


What does the Claims Administrator’s day to day responsibilities include?

  • To handle incoming and outgoing work quickly and well so that the team remains up to date and maintains excellent levels of service.

  • To deal with customer enquiries helpfully and accurately so that the team’s concern for customer excellence is evident in the way it works

  • To make an input to the efficient working of the whole support team so that work is carried out on time and to the agreed standards.

  • Manage specific worklists supporting outsourced supplier relationships.
