Position Title: Administrator
Reports To: General Manager
Employment Type: Full-time 40 Hours per week, 7.30am – 4.30pm M-F
Location: Osborne Park
Salary: $70 – $80k + Superannuation
Position Overview
The Junior Project Administrator provides administrative and project support to the General Manager, with a strong focus on assisting with the relocation and onboarding of international staff, site administration support, and general office administration. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual looking to develop their career in project and operational administration.
Key Responsibilities
International Staff Relocation Support
- Assist the General Manager with coordination of international staff relocations
- Support visa, travel, accommodation, and onboarding processes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers (e.g. immigration agents, accommodation providers, training providers)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staff relocations and training
Project & Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager across various projects
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Track actions, timelines, and deliverables to support project outcomes
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
Site Administration Support
- Provide administrative support to site-based operations as required
- Assist with site documentation, inductions, and compliance records
- Coordinate communication between site teams and head office
- Support timesheets, rosters, and site-related paperwork
General Administration Duties
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and reporting
- Support other departments as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, approachable, and confidential manner
Desirable
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
- Exposure to relocation, HR, or workforce administration
- Experience supporting senior management
- Familiarity with site-based or operational environments
