Job Scope:
- Support daily sales and logistics administrative work
- Prepare and process quotations, PO, DO, and invoices on time
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and freight forwarders for deliveries
- Prepare and handle sales and shipping documents
- Respond to customer and internal enquiries on orders and delivery status
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data
- Support inventory tracking and stock coordination
- Handle filing, scheduling, and general admin tasks
- Follow company procedures and support audit requirements
- Perform other administrative duties when required
