Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to support their operations within the property industry. This role involves handling administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain property-related documents (tenancy agreements, contracts, invoices, reports).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries from tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
- Assist in scheduling property inspections, meetings, and site visits.
