Responsibilities:

  • Executive PA services to be provided to the PFS
  • Meeting and travel bookings
  • Expense claims
  • Document preparation for meetings
  • General administrative support including room bookings and VC organisation
  • Providing general support to the Office Manager
  • Support for Supplier Management: procurement of goods and services, support the management of supplier relationships, co-ordinating goods orders and service requests
  • HR Support: luncheon voucher management, management and reporting from the employee absence system
  • Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, with similar breadth of tasks
  • Strong organisation/planning skills
  • Ability to multi task and reprioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
