Job Description
Responsibilities:
Executive PA services to be provided to the PFS
Meeting and travel bookings
Expense claims
Document preparation for meetings
General administrative support including room bookings and VC organisation
Providing general support to the Office Manager
Support for Supplier Management: procurement of goods and services, support the management of supplier relationships, co-ordinating goods orders and service requests
HR Support: luncheon voucher management, management and reporting from the employee absence system Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role, with similar breadth of tasks
Strong organisation/planning skills
Ability to multi task and reprioritise
Excellent attention to detail
