Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchase requisitions and supplier coordination
- Support commercial team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems, contracts, and documentation .
- Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years' administrative experience (supply chain or commercial experience is a bonus).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
