Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with purchase requisitions and supplier coordination
  • Support commercial team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems, contracts, and documentation .
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' administrative experience (supply chain or commercial experience is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
