Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative and office support, including preparation of correspondences, payments, invoices and related activities.
- Assist with reception work such as answer calls, receives and attends to walk-in visitors and guests.
- Require to type financial statements using tables in Microsoft word.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- GCE “O” or “A” Levels and/or Diploma holders
- Good typing skills especially using tables in Microsoft Word.
- Able to work well under minimum supervision.
- Possess initiative, drive, diligent and mature personality. Good at organizing documents.
- Preferably with some knowledge or experience in Public Accounting Firm.
- Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred.
