Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative and office support, including preparation of correspondences, payments, invoices and related activities.
  • Assist with reception work such as answer calls, receives and attends to walk-in visitors and guests.
  • Require to type financial statements using tables in Microsoft word.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • GCE “O” or “A” Levels and/or Diploma holders
  • Good typing skills especially using tables in Microsoft Word.
  • Able to work well under minimum supervision.
  • Possess initiative, drive, diligent and mature personality. Good at organizing documents.
  • Preferably with some knowledge or experience in Public Accounting Firm.
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred.
