Working closely with Transport department

As an Administrator you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties to ensure all administration, support and assistance is given to the transport department and overall depot.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with paperwork in transport dept.
  • Undertake duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Chasing information
  • Inputting data
  • Querying discrepancies
  • Taking calls from clients
  • Emailing customers and responding to e-mails
  • Scan all documents onto the system
