Job Description

Plusmy Advance Engineering Sdn Bhd – George Town, Penang

Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing document, manage document and data entry.

Prepare and process foreign workers’ salaries, monthly expenses.

Follow up on and maintain records of company lorries, cars and worker's hostel (including photos).

Monitor and record workers’ attendance.

Records on medical certificates (MC) and leave records.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma, or related field with 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL Payroll
