The role focuses on counseling, lead conversion, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students/candidates on courses aligned with international projects and global opportunities
Explain course structure, fees, duration, and outcomes clearly
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with training, operations, and international project teams
Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–3 years in counseling, education sales, or international projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems
Target-driven mindset with a student-focused approach
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of international courses, projects, or overseas programs
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Proficiency in English and Hindi (local language preferred)
