Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: K.R. Mangalam University, Badshahpur Sohna Rd, Gurugram, Sohna Rural, Haryana 122103

Desired Candidate Profile

• Handling enquiries and leads generated through various sources viz. webinars, seminars, online campaigns, school presentations, data base etc.
• Handling online academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.
• Through counselling help the student to decide which course of higher learning is a good fit to them.
• Handling admission test and interview.
• Arranging smoothen campus tour for the prospective student.
• Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
• Responsible for getting online admission form filled and collecting soft copies of relevant documents.
• Responsible for achieving individual admission targets.
• Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
• Responsible to smoothly conduct orientation of new students to introduce them into the system.

Required Candidate profile:

• Experience in Education Industry (University or Higher Educational Institutes only)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Minimum 2 years experience
