1.Warm Greeting & Inquiry Handling

Welcome students and parents with professionalism, creating a positive first impression.

Listen attentively to concerns and respond promptly to queries via walk-ins, calls, or emails.

Ensure high visitor satisfaction by providing accurate and professional assistance.

2.Information Management

Maintain updated FAQs, brochures, and program details.

Provide accurate information about tuition and entrance programs, policies, and facilities.

3.Admissions & Enrolment Support

Guide parents and students through the admission process.

Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and completion of admission formalities through students portal

4.Payment Handling & Fee Management

Collect fees, issue receipts, and maintain transparent records.

Ensure timely handover of payments to the Finance Department.

Assist parents with fee structure, payment plans, and scholarships.

5.Records Maintenance

Maintain and update student profiles in portals or records, tracking student progress, managing fee collection details, and handle overall centre data management.

Program Familiarization & Communication

Develop strong knowledge of Organization's courses, curriculum, and support systems.

Effectively promote program highlights, success stories, and key differentiators.

6.Financial Assistance & Support

Guide students/parents in applying for scholarships .

Verify applications and maintain accurate financial aid records.

7.Administrative & Operational Coordination

Maintain admission and financial records with accuracy.

Support review meetings, events, and academic coordination tasks.

8.Refund

direct meet the customers for the refund cases, still the customers are not retaining mark them in the portal, mark the date correctly, maintain the proper records
