As an Admissions Expert at Ambitio, you become the primary partner for students after they subscribe to our premium guidance. You take charge of their admissions journey and ensure strong strategy, momentum, and confidence as they aim for top-tier universities worldwide.

You guide students on profile positioning, university shortlisting, essay direction and storytelling, timelines, and interview readiness. You work closely with Application Experts to deliver high-quality submissions and ensure every application reflects excellence and ambition. Your role is to deliver top outcomes with a trusted, polished, and deeply personalized experience.

End-to-End Admissions Guidance

• Own each student's roadmap from onboarding to final admits
• Build personalized top-school strategies for PG and PhD applicants
• Guide students on essays, documentation quality, and interview preparation

Premium Student Experience

• Maintain high-quality touchpoints and timely progress
• Identify risks early and resolve concerns through proactive follow-ups
• Serve as a polished advisor to ambitious students and parents

Collaboration for Delivery Excellence

• Work closely with Application Experts and mentors to elevate essay quality
• Share insights with product and content teams to improve student workflows
• Maintain accurate progress tracking and ensure zero timeline misses

• 2 to 5 years of experience in global admissions, higher-education consulting, or student success roles
• Strong understanding of PG and PhD admissions processes and requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to push students to aim higher
• Proven experience improving profile narrative and outcomes
• High attention to detail and strong professional presence
• Ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-growth environment
