About the Gig**
The Admissions Associate will be responsible for:
- Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants to our courses through interviews, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen to understand their career goals and educational needs.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and timely follow-ups.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to iterate on processes, improve conversions, and support projects (i.e. informational events/open houses).
- Product Expertise: Becoming an expert of our courses and the coding bootcamp industry.

- You have 2 years experience in sales, business development, admissions or similar role.
- You are a goal-driven, KPI enthusiast: You have a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and empathetic phone presence.
- You are tech savvy and are comfortable using CRM tools and other software (Salesforceexperience is a plus).
- You’re passionate about education and technology.
- You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy

- **Start Date**: as soon as posible.
- **Hours**: We would start with 15-20 hours per week, with the option to increase if workload volume grows.
- **Timeline**: availability required for at least 4-6 weeks.
- **Working Hours**: LATAM timezone
- **Languages**: Spanish
- High level, English -Mid level.
