Key Responsibilities
✅ Counsel students & parents regarding JEE/NEET courses and preparation strategies
✅ Understand student profiles and recommend suitable PW programs
✅ Handle walk-ins, inbound & outbound counselling calls
✅ Ensure high lead conversion and positive student experience
✅ Maintain counselling records and follow-ups in CRM
✅ Coordinate with academic & marketing teams
Eligibility Criteria
✔ 1–4 years of experience in JEE/NEET academic counselling
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Strong student-handling & convincing skills
✔ Target-oriented with a professional attitude
✔ Willingness to work onsite, 6 days a week
