Key Responsibilities

Counsel students & parents regarding JEE/NEET courses and preparation strategies

Understand student profiles and recommend suitable PW programs

Handle walk-ins, inbound & outbound counselling calls

Ensure high lead conversion and positive student experience

Maintain counselling records and follow-ups in CRM

Coordinate with academic & marketing teams

Eligibility Criteria

1-4 years of experience in JEE/NEET academic counselling

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong student-handling & convincing skills

Target-oriented with a professional attitude

Willingness to work onsite, 6 days a week
