What You'll Do:
Guide students & parents through admission procedures and course details (JEE/NEET).
Support families throughout the admission journey - queries, documentation & follow-ups.
Convert leads into successful admissions while meeting performance targets.
Collaborate with management and prepare regular reports.
What We're Looking For:
Prior counselling experience in the JEE-NEET segment.
Excellent communication, empathy, and target-driven approach.
Proven success in student conversions and admission processes.
️ Candidates with relevant EdTech experience are highly preferred.
