Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Role Overview
We are looking for an Admissions Counselor who can guide prospective learners, understand their goals, and help them choose the right programs. This is a target-driven sales role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and follow-up discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Counsel students/professionals about courses and career pathways
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams when required
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
- Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of sales / admissions experience
- Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
- Interest in education, psychology, or counseling is a plus
- Willing to work full-time from office in Noida
