Job Summary:
Chandigarh University is hiring experienced Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide academic counselling, and support enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on programs, eligibility, and career options.
Assist applicants with admission requirements and documentation.
Handle student queries via calls and follow-ups.
Maintain applicant data and updates in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions.
Work towards enrollment targets while following university policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1 year of experience in admissions / academic counselling/education sales
Strong communication and counselling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
