Admissions Director

Glenwood Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Admissions Director to lead our admissions team in Glenwood, GA. As an integral part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions process, fostering relationships with potential residents and their families, and upholding our organization's mission to provide exceptional care and services.

Admissions Director Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential residents
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new residents into our care
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents
• Manage and analyze admissions data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and statistics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Admissions Director Requirements:

• Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with regulations and industry standards
