We’re hiring: Asst Manager Admissions | Hyderabad | Makoons Group of Schools

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Asst Manager Admissions to support and drive admission growth for our Makoons centers in Hyderabad. This role focuses on on-ground execution, BTL activities, and close coordination with center teams to improve walk-ins, conversions, and overall admissions performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with franchise centers to achieve monthly and seasonal admission targets
  • Plan, execute, and monitor BTL activities such as society activations, school tie-ups, events, roadshows, and local promotions
  • Support and train center admission counsellors on lead handling, counselling techniques, and follow-up processes
  • Analyze admission data, lead quality, and conversion ratios to identify improvement areas
  • Coordinate with Head Office marketing and support teams for campaigns, creatives, and leads
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives at the center level
  • Conduct regular center visits to review performance and provide actionable guidance

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in admissions, education sales, or field marketing
  • Hands-on experience in BTL activities and local outreach campaigns
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and coordination skills
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on results and growth
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad
