Eligibility & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years experience in admissions, parent handling, counselling, sales, or customer relations
  • Strong communication skills with parents of young children
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google tools & CRM systems
  • Warm, empathetic, and relationship-driven personality
  • Target-oriented mindset with a caring approach
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire admissions journey — enquiry to confirmed admission
  • Counsel parents about EarlyVerse philosophy, curriculum, and programs
  • Generate leads through school visits, open houses, events, referrals & campaigns
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and online enquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate parent data and follow-ups in CRM/system
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal admissions targets
  • Act as a bridge between parents, educators, and management
