Responsibilities:

+ Oversee the operation of the Guest Relations and Admissions areas
+ Perform all Guest Relations and Admissions duties
+ Help maintain, approve and adjust schedules/timesheets for Guest Relations and Admissions team members including Phone Operators, Rentals, Lost Parents, etc.
+ Motivate employees, provide job coaching and disciplinary action when necessary
+ Professional and positive Guest and employee interaction to assist with problems
+ Maintain a clean work environment
+ Efficient register operation
