Job responsibilities

• Counselor should be very clear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery.
• Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.
• Responsible for calling and taking appointments from schools/college/institutions.
• E mailers: she has to send thanks email after every new visit at the same time when the executive shares the email immediately after the visit updated in whatsapp group.

Email duration

● First/thanks email on 1st visit

● 2nd email when appointment given by institute

● 3rd email when ppt is done

● On every occasion, festival or any event she has to send wishes on emails.

● To maintain office directory.

• Attendance should be marked by counselor when executives share live location in whatsapp group & to be noted down in attendance register.
