Adobe AEM Lead

We are looking for an experienced Adobe AEM Lead with strong expertise in AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) to design, develop and deliver scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AEM-based solutions including AEM Sites, Assets and Workflows

Lead architecture and development using AEMaaCS, WCM, DAM and integrations

Develop front-end components using React or Angular

Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as ATG/Magento, payment gateways, analytics tools

Ensure best practices in Agile development, CI/CD, performance and security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences

Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM (6.x / Cloud Service)

Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, REST APIs

Experience with AEM Architecture and scalable solution design

Good knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Angular)

Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Launch is a plus

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience:

6–12 Years of relevant experience in AEM development
