Job Summary


Reporting as Senior Marketing Operations Specialist / Manager , the Certified Adobe Campaign Manager requires deep technical expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Standard . This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, deployment, and support of complex, data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in campaign architecture, scripting, data modelling, and platform integration, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and performance optimization.


The candidate must be able and willing to relocate to the 2X Philippines office in Pasig and work on a hybrid schedule (3 days work-from-home, 2 days work-from-office) on an AMER shift basis .


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Development & Execution

  • Build and configure multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) using Adobe Campaign workflows
  • Develop custom scripts and logic for dynamic content, audience segmentation, and personalization
  • Create and maintain reusable templates, delivery mechanisms, and campaign components


Platform Configuration & Data Management

  • Design and manage schemas, targeting workflows, and data imports/exports.
  • Implement ETL processes and ensure data integrity across campaign executions.
  • Optimize database queries and workflows for performance and scalability.


Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to campaign execution, delivery failures, and data inconsistencies.
  • Monitor logs, delivery reports, and workflow execution to proactively identify and fix errors.
  • Collaborate with Adobe support and internal IT teams to resolve platform-level issues.


Integration & Automation

  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems (CRM, web analytics, APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Develop and maintain SOAP/REST API connections for real-time data exchange and campaign triggers.
  • Automate recurring campaign processes and reporting workflows.


Requirements :


Certification

  • Candidates must hold at least one of the following Adobe Certified Expert credentials:
  • Professional: Developer
  • Expert: Developer
  • Master: Architect


Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)
  • At least one year of Adobe Campaign Classic software experience.
  • Strong proficiency in the following areas:
  • SQL for data manipulation and targeting preferred
  • JavaScript and HTML/CSS for email scripting and personalization
  • XML for template and workflow configuration
  • Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, webhooks, and data connectors.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plus.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and secure data handling practices
  • A basic understanding of marketing automation.
  • An understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Experience with campaign performance tuning and delivery optimization.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
